I had C & D install a new radiator in my Toyota Camray July 2011. It started leaking October 2012. The warranty was 12,000 miles or 12 months. I had only driven 5,000 miles. But the time was 15 months. Dara the owner arranged with the radiator distributor to replace it no charge anyway. And C&D installed the replacement at no charge. Dara was very nice and helpful through the process.
